Dan L. DuncanChairmanMr. Duncan was elected Chairman and a Director of the Board of our General Partner in April 1998. Mr. Duncan joined EPCO, Inc. in 1969 as one of its three principals shortly after the company's formation. He has served as Chairman of EPCO, Inc. since 1979. He also served EPCO, Inc. as Chief Executive Officer, 1970-1995, and President, 1970-1979. Upon completing studies in accounting and law, Mr. Duncan joined Wanda Petroleum Company where he served in various capacities, the last as Executive Vice President, until he joined Enterprise. |
