Michael A. CreelPresident and Chief Executive OfficerMr. Creel was elected President and Chief Executive Officer of our general partner in August 2007 and continues to serve as a director of our general partner. A certified public accountant with over 28 years of experience in the energy industry, Mr. Creel served as executive vice president and chief financial officer for the general partner, since 2001 and 2000, respectively, and was elected senior vice president when he joined us in 1999. Mr. Creel is also a Group Vice Chairman and Chief Financial Officer of EPCO and serves as a Director of the general partner of Duncan Energy Partners L.P. He was President, Chief Executive Officer and a director of EPE Holdings from August 2005 through August 2007. Mr. Creel is a member of Financial Executives International, the AICPA and the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants. |
